  3. Return Policy Once we review your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product to us and complete process can take upto 7 to 10 Days.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  5. Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the damage. If the damage is confirmed, we will proceed with issuing a replacement or refund.
  6. Replacement or Refund: Depending on your preference and product availability, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund to your original payment method and the process of refund or return can take upto 7 to 10 Days.

Important Note:

Due to the nature of our products (thermal, soldering, and sealant products), proper curing is essential for their effectiveness. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.

Additionally, in the event that a product is found to be damaged and eligible for return and refund, please note that the processing time for such requests may take up to 7 days.
