  • The parameters to define the growth should be set and measured every month.

Sales Executive

Role Definition:

A sales executive is responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of a brand or the products and services that a company sells. Attracts more customers to buy from the company and to raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns. Make sure that the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. Selling designated products

RESPONSIBILITY & DELIVERABLE: 

  • Create a strategy / Plan to reach out all existing and new customers to increase sales by thoroughly researching their backgrounds needs each month.
  • Develop strategies to increase the volume of the existing customers by expanding the products.
  • Keep in regular touch with existing customers.
  • Make an effort and study the customer requirement to increase sales of our other products .
  • Proper follow-up of the existing and new customers to meet his sales target and make the existing parties stay with us in the business.
  • On a daily basis, check for the daily sales target and maintain or exceed the sales.
  • Maintain sales funnel and regular follow up for trials and results.
  • Regularly follow up with the customer for the requirement.
  • On a daily basis, target vs. actual sales must be reported.
  • Daily plan to be submitted in the mroning and DSR to be submitted in the evening by end of the day.
  • A log of all incoming calls , Lead Report, Whatsapp enquiry and reference enquiry etc mjust be reported on daily basis.
  • Daily Activity log for visits , Calls, samples despatched and quotations send to be kept. Revenue generated daily to be reported.
