Refund and Returns Policy

      • Returns are not accepted for materials altered, processed, or partially used unless explicitly agreed.
    2. Time Frame:

      • Materials must be shipped to the designated address provided during the return authorization process.
    7. Replacement or Refund:
      • Upon successful return, the supplier may offer:
        • A replacement of the material.
        • A refund of the purchase price (subject to terms).

    8. Non-Returnable Items:
      • Custom-ordered or specially processed materials.
